If you go to long without exercise you can get pretty far out of shape. Sometimes it may seem like you are out of shape when in reality you have been exercising. The only way to find out is to start getting back in shape and see how it goes.
This brings to mind the old saying walk before you run. So with a little aid from the right software I am taking a walk. Of course I am referring to exercising my mind, but at the same time I'm starting my spring work out a bit early this year.
I took a walk down a country road. Now I'm writing my first blog post from my iPhone. Walking before I run.
